I was in escrow with buyers who didn't qualify, so their real estate AGENT pulled their offer and replaced it with one for herself, she's buying it all cash no contingencies, and, another bidder is potentially happening as well.
Tomorrow will tell the tale. Or.....not.
I'm still 60 days out from 'action' by Wells, if one of these goes it will happen in 30 max...
